Scope
This policy applies to packanorder.com and messages sent to our editorial contact address. It does not govern Roblox, the Pack an Order game, YouTube, or other sites linked from our pages.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive the address, name or identifier you choose to use, message content, and any attachments you include. Do not send Roblox passwords, session cookies, recovery codes, payment details, or other sensitive account credentials.
Planner data
The Run Planner operates in your browser. The current version does not send ticket names, quantities, capacity, crew size, or bottleneck choices to a Packanorder server and does not store them after you leave or reload the page.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
As of the effective date, Packanorder does not configure Google Analytics, Google Tag, advertising networks, affiliate tracking, popunders, smart links, or site-set analytics cookies. Basic hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
If analytics or advertising is added, we will update this policy before activation to identify the service, purpose, cookie or similar technology, retention approach, and available controls.
Third-party content and links
Links to Roblox, YouTube, email services, and other sources take you to third parties with their own privacy practices. Opening those pages may allow them to receive device, account, cookie, and interaction data under their policies. You can manage third-party cookies and site storage through your browser settings, private-browsing controls, and extensions.
Retention
Editorial emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, preserve a correction or rights record, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. We periodically remove messages that no longer serve those purposes.
Children’s privacy
This is a general-audience fan information site and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not submit personal details if you are not permitted to do so. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information may contact us for review and deletion.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information contained in an editorial email, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Browser settings can block or clear cookies and local site data used by third parties.
