What is officially confirmed
The official game description names Speed, Reach, and Carry Capacity. It also confirms unlockable abilities. It does not publish upgrade costs, maximum levels, exact stat gains, or a universal best order.
Test Speed for travel delay
If most of your time is spent crossing the warehouse or returning to stations, Speed is the category most directly related to that complaint. Compare a similar route before and after the purchase instead of assuming a fixed percentage gain.
Test Carry Capacity for repeat trips
If you regularly leave requested items behind because your hands or carried slots are full, Carry Capacity is the logical category to test. Use the planner to compare a ticket at different capacity values.
Test Reach for interaction friction
If you lose time making small position adjustments at shelves or boxes, Reach is the category to test. The exact distance change per level remains unverified.
A safer upgrade method
- Run a familiar order and note the biggest delay.
- Buy one upgrade that matches that delay.
- Repeat a similar route.
- Keep the focus only if the bottleneck actually improves.
No universal tier list yet
Any exact ranking that ignores team size, route, ticket composition, price, and current level is stronger than the available evidence supports.
